18/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the initiative of the Friends of Europe under Etienne Davignon, citizens of 28 countries that took part at the European Convention will be able to comment on the draft Constitution finalised on 13 June, during seven video-conferences to be held from 23 to 27 June. On this occasion, the Bibliothèque Solvay, in Brussels, will be welcoming Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, Jacques Delors, Pat Cox, Pascal Lamy, Michel Barnier, Antonio Vitorino, Franz Fischler and Margot...
