Brussels, 06/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to refer Spain to the Court of Justice for failing to comply with six of the seven decisions it took on July 11 2001 concerning state aid for Alava, Guipúzcoa and Vizcaya and Navarra, ruling that the aid was illegal.
