06/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has just nominated Konstantin Andreopoulous to represent it on the Board of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Of Greek nationality, Mr Andreopoulous was born in Athens on 26 October 1943. With degrees from the Universities of Athens, Fribourg-en-Brisgau and Yale and registered as a barrister in Athens and New York, he has occupied various posts at the EIB since 1981.
