Six Christian organisations criticise various derogations authorised by the political agreement on family reunification

Brussels, 06/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - Six Christian organisations have issued a joint statement criticising the political agreement on family reunification reached by the EU at last Thursday's Justice and Home Affairs Council. The agreement was reached by means of various derogations and watering down of the text, highlighted by Commissioner Antonio Vitorino (Europe of 1 March, p.10).
