06/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, Gilles Gantelet, spokesperson for Commission Vice-President responsible for energy, Loyola de Palacio, announced a possible meeting with Member State oil experts next week to discuss the falling oil prices on the world market. At a similar meeting in February, experts said they didn't expect any disruption in the EU's oil supplies and the Member States had "positive" oil stocks (see Europe of 7 February, p.11).
