Brussels, 24/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - As requested by the European Council of Copenhagen, in December 2002, Javier Solana, EU High Representative for CFSP, and Georges Papandreou, Greek Foreign Minister, were to present a note to the Council on Monday on the possible taking over by the European Union of SFOR's military operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the course of 2004.
