Brussels, 24/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Union does not have to fear for its oil supply in case of a crisis. This is the substance of the message delivered last Saturday in Thessalonica by Akis Tsohatzopoulos, Greek Energy Minister who chaired the informal meeting of the EU 15 dedicated to examining the recent proposals from the Commission aiming to establish a coordinated approach towards the management of strategic energy stocks at the Community level (see EUROPE of 21 February,...
