24/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the occasion of the International Mother Tongue Day on 21 February, the European Bureau of Lesser Used Languages (EBLUL) launched the 3rd edition of its Vade-Mecum, in the presence, among others, of Jean-Maurice Dehousse MEP (Belgian, PES). This Vade-Mecum offers an overview on international documents relating to the languages and cultures of European linguistic minority communities represented by EBLUL.
