Brussels, 24/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the initiative of Romano Prodi, the European Commission is on Wednesday to adopt a "policy strategy" document for 2004 referring to legislative measures to adopt and actions to undertake in the first year of the EU with 25 members. The Commission is also to adopt its "methodology" for the preparation of the next financial perspective, 2007-2013.
