After hearing with Pascal Lamy, Harlem Désir expresses concern at inclusion of public services in EU's offer

Brussels, 24/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - After the presentation of the draft European offer for international negotiations, the European Parliament is still closely following the approach the European Commission seems to be taking (described by the Commission as reassuring and coherent) in its negotiations over services in the Doha Agenda.
