Troika goes to Washington on Thursday - France and United Kingdom present their stance to General Affairs Council

Brussels, 24/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Troika will go to Washington on Thursday to meet Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice, Council President Georges Papandreou announced at the end of lunch on Monday in Brussels between EU Foreign Ministers and representatives of the Arab League.
