European Movements of France and Germany stress "institutional efforts" are not enough

Brussels, 04/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - During their meeting on 31 January in Berlin (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.7), on the remarks by José Maria Gil-Robles, President of the International European Movement), the European Movement France (EMF) and the European Movement Germany (EMG) confirmed their support for the Franco-German relationship.
