The Anglo-Dutch group UNILEVER is planning to sell the brands "Banania", "Benco" and "Yabon" to capital investment funds managed by CDC - CAISSE DES DEPOTS ET CONSIGNATIONS and EDF. These brands represent a total annual turnover of EUR 40 million and two factories employing a total of 166.
