The Belgian group TESSENDERLO has announced the takeover of the activities of the Australian group GOODMAN-FIELDER in the gelatine sector for the sum of $67 million. These activities are located in the units of Davenport (United States, production capacity of 10,000 per year) and Santa Fe (Argentina, production capacity 5000 tonnes annually), which together make up an annual turnover of EUR 70 million for 300 employed.
