- Czech Republic/Bulgaria: Bulgaria's Supreme Court has suspended the sale of the historic operator, BTC, as it considers the agreement "unfavourable" and marred by "excessive power". In October, the offer to purchase 65% of BTC by ADVENT INTERNATIONAL for the sum of EUR 250 million had been accepted. Furthermore, the Czech government cancelled the sale of 51% of CESKY TELECOM to DEUTSCHE BANK. The latter has not managed to come to an agreement with KPN and SWISSCOM for buying up their 27%...
