04/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The French, Spanish and Italian Justice Ministers met in Marseilles on Monday. they decided to enhance their co-operation against drug trafficking and environmental pollution at sea. France's Dominique Perben announced that the three countries were to create a discussion group to enhance regional co-operation against all trafficking by sea, according to Spanish press agencies.
