Gul reiterates Turkish Government's will for reform - Plea for peaceful solution to Iraqi crisis and rapid settlement of Cyprus issue

Strasbourg, 28/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Speaking before the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, to which he belonged, Turkish Prime Minister Abdullah Gul said, in Strasbourg on Monday, that he considered the Council of Europe as a "school for democracy" that had helped his country a great deal.
