Brussels, 28/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The 14th ministerial meeting between the Union and ASEAN took place, on Monday and Tuesday in Brussels, in a "very friendly" atmosphere, and a "spirit of openness and mutual understanding", but also in a rather unusual format. The Union, which seems to be determined to push forward this more "strategic" partnership than ever, in fact suspended the ban on the right to stay affecting the members of the junta in power in Rangoon, for the time it takes to...
