Greek Presidency work plan for relations with Russia

Brussels, 28/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Without debate on Monday, the External Relations Council adopted the Greek Presidency's work plan on implementing the common strategy for Russia, by focusing its efforts on the consolidation of democracy and the rule of law, Russia's integration in a common European economic and social area and co-operation with Moscow in favour of enhancing stability and security in Europe.
