Toward rapid approval of programme for clinical testing of medicines against AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis in developing countries

Brussels, 28/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The parliamentary committee for industry adopted by a very large majority (37 to 6) the report by Gérard Caudron (GUE, France) on the EDCTP clinical trials programme that is to be implemented in partnership with the developing countries with a view to developing medicines adapted to the treatment of HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis in these countries.
