Thursday's Council: decision on Europol - discussion on judicial cooperation with United States, application of fines, racism, corruption and confiscation

Brussels, 18/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Justice and Home Affairs Council to be held on Thursday in Brussels will be exclusively devoted to police and judicial cooperation. The Council is expected to give its go-ahead to the agreement between Europol and the United States for exchanging personal data (see following article).
