Brussels, 18/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - Three members of the Convention, members of the EPP Group in the European Parliament, Joachim Wuermeling (CSU), Alain Lamssoure (UDF) and Elmar Brok (CDU) consider that each Member State should formulate, in two lines, its vision of the future of Europe in the preamble to the European Union Constitution.
