Luxembourg, 17/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice points out that it cannot give a national judge "opinions on hypothetical questions". That was its response to an investigating magistrate of the city of Turnhout, in Belgium, investigating into forgery and money laundering against a Dutchman, Paul der Weduwe, employee of a bank in Luxembourg.
