17/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Council decision of 28 November 2002 relating to the creation of a European personality protection network was published in the Official Journal No. L/133 of 10 December, p.1. Proposed by Spain during its Presidency of the Council, this network will be managed by national contact points (one per Member state, candidate countries and Europol also being able to participate). It has as goal information exchange and the mutual secondment of officials.
