17/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 18 December at 12h00 at the Quai d'Orsay in Paris, Ms Noëlle Lenoir, French Minister for European Affairs, is to award the insignia of the Legion of Honour to European Social Affairs and Employment Commissioner Anna Diamantopoulou for her work in these two fields.
