Passport for Freedom to Akmed Zakaiev

Strasbourg, 17/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The "Passport for Freedom", regularly awarded to people fighting for their rights in difficult conditions was awarded, in Strasbourg on Tuesday, to Akmed Zakaiev, actor and former director of the Grozny Theatre. The sponsor of this Passport to this Chechen personality is Fode Sylla, French member of the United Left Group in the European Parliament, and among the signatories of the passport we find, in particular, the Group's President Francis Wurtz,...
