Brussels, 06/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - In the first quarter f 2003, the European Commission will present its Green Paper on services of a general interest, and, for the summer of 2003, conclusions, at the same time as concrete initiatives - "if need be legislative proposals". This is what it confirms in a communication on the state of progress on work on a draft framework-directive on services of a general interest adopted this week through the written procedure.
