Mr Yakis not happy with Franco-German RENDEZVOUS clause for fixing date for opening negotiations with Turkey

Brussels, 06/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - During a press conference following the Convention plenary, with the Turkish government, the Foreign Affairs Minister Yasar Yakis declared on Friday that he had met President Prodi in the morning and had discussed work on the Future of Europe with counterparts from France and Germany, as well as Members of the Convention.
