Brussels, 06/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - A full agenda, that could result in a decisive move forward on two sensitive issues - the future system for the trade of greenhouse gas emission rights between Union companies, and the labelling and traceability of GMO-based or derived foodstuffs - awaits the EU Environment Ministers on 9 December in Brussels.
