06/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Social Europe Working Group was formed on Friday and met for the first time after the work of the European Convention. Chaired by the representative of the Greek government, Giorgos Katiforis, it is mainly made up of representatives of social partners, Emilio Gabaglio and Georges Jacobs. Participation by British Minister Peter Hain should also be noted. The final report is to be examined in plenary on 6 and 7 February 2003.
