A Commission report states that quality of postal services has improved thanks to 97 directive on postal services

Brussels, 28/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The quality of postal services has improved since the 1997 directive on the postal services took effect, says the European Commission in a report published this week. It does, however, observe a mitigated effect on employment in the sector.
