Fifteen condemn but do not sanction

Brussels, 19/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, Member states condemned the violation committed by North Korea of its international obligations having gone ahead with a uranium enrichment programme for nuclear weapons. The Fifteen called for he "immediate" and "verifiable" dismantling of this programme, but decided not to sanction.
