Strasbourg, 19/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The session on 20 November in Strasbourg really will be "special". 199 parliamentarians from EU accession candidate countries will attend the debate on enlargement and sit on the same benches where their countries will be placed once they belong to the Union, in the middle of their current Member States colleagues, not according to nationality but based on political allegiance.
