19/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 20 November in Strasbourg, the Chairman of the EP Committee on Culture, Youth, Education, the Media and Sport, Michel Rocard, presented diplomas to the students of the 9th class (2001-2002) of the DESS "Public Policies in Europe" (Political Studies Institute of Strasbourg), which is one of the first higher education establishments with European objective in Europe.
