Brussels, 19/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Council of External Relations meeting up on Tuesday heard Commissioner Poul Nielson put forward his proposals on the uncoupling of development aid including food aid and the transportation of food aid. He also adopted conclusions on trade and development and pointed to the crisis on the world coffee market, which Mr Nielson said there was practically nothing they could do about it. Europe will be looking at these cases and other results later.
