Strasbourg, 26/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - Michel Scarbonchi MEP has asked President Cox to send a parliamentary fact-finding mission to Abidjan, following the attempted coup of the past few days (see the EU's declaration in EUROPE of 25 September, p.5).
