Sudre and Daul defend Strasbourg

Strasbourg, 26/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - In reaction to the campaign launched by British Conservative Jonathan Evans to keep the EP bases uniquely in Brussels, Margie Sudre and Joseph Daul, French members of the EPP group replied that, "If British Conservative members of the EP do not want to respect the treaties, they should be called on to leave the European Parliament" (see Europe yesterday p 15, and p 16 in today's issue).
