26/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, welcomed the vote in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe that on Tuesday voted through a large majority in favour of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia joining the pan-European organisation.
