26/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The situation in Cote d'Ivoire should be raised at the General Affairs - External Relations Council in Brussels on Monday, following a request from the Dutch delegation (also see page 7). It will also be the subject of a European Commission statement at the European Parliament's plenary session, in Brussels on 9 October.
