Brussels, 23/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - CFSP High Representative, Javier Solana, reacted to the news of the Israeli raid on Monday night against Gaza by stating that, "I strongly condemn the death of innocent civilians…this operation …targeted a densely populated area, comes at a time when both Israeli and Palestinians were working very seriously to curb violence and restore co-operative security arrangements.
