Brussels, 23/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - At a Council fringe meeting on Monday with President Prodi, the Greek Minister for Foreign Affairs, George Papandreou, outlined the priorities of the Greek Presidency of the EU Council, which beings on 1 January 2003.
