23/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - According to reports by AFP in Madrid on Monday, the Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs has indicated that negotiations between Spain and the United Kingdom on Gibraltar would begin again in September, following the cancelling of Monday's meeting in Brussels between Jack Straw and Ana Palacio. The latter was in Morocco to resolve the Perijil Island crisis.
