Five telecom operators file complaint against former national monopolies

Brussels, 11/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - Five major telecommunications operators have filed a joint complaint with the European Commission's competition services in order to denounce practices that they consider run counter to competition on the part of former monopolies. The complainants are: British Cable & Wireless Plc, German Arcor AG and QSC AG, French Cegetel and Italian Wind Telecommunicazioni.
