11/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - In the context of the implementation of decisions by the European Council of Seville on Council reform, the Committee of Permanent Representatives took a decision regarding the practical organisation of the next meetings of the General Affairs and External Relations Council. The sessions, lasting one and a half days, will take the form of an afternoon and dinner devoted to external relations, followed by a day of general affairs.
