Georgios Zavvos awarded damages following demotion by the European Commission

Luxembourg, 11/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Court of First Instance has annulled the European Commission's 11 January 2000 decision to demote Georgios Zavvos by one grade as a result of a series of grievances dating back to when the European official was head of the European Commission's Delegation to Slovakia between December 1994 and October 1997.
