After its debate on the preparations for the European Council of Barcelona on 15 and 16 March, during its plenary session of 27 and 28 February in Brussels (see EUROPE of 1 March, p.13), the European Parliament adopted resolutions in which it sets out what it expects to come out of the third spring summit, after those of Lisbon and Gothenburg.
