14/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - In mentioning the progress achieved in the political dialogue at the Heads of State Summit, between Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia in Rabat on 27 February, the Spanish Presidency made the following declaration on behalf of the EU: "The EU is looking forward to concrete progress in confidence building measures agreed within the framework of the Mano River Union and endorsed by Heads of State in Rabat."
