Parliament timidly condemns violation of women's rights linked to fundamentalist regime

Strasbourg, 14/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament adopted the report of Spanish Socialist, Maria Izquierdo Rojo, on fundamentalism and women, by a whisker - 242 votes for, 240 against and 42 abstentions.
