ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) catering

The Italian form AUTOGRILL has taken a 70% stake in RECECO (expected turnover for 2002 of 9 million euro), a Spanish firm active in large railway stations with nine locations in Spain. AUTOGRILL will invest 17 million euro in the operation and should increase its stake in the firm to 100% in 2004.
