The private Spanish firms GAMESA and SENER, as well as the public holding company, SEPI, have managed to reach agreement to form an aeronautics group that intends consolidating itself as supplier of components and structures for the main manufacturers of engines and aircraft. The new group predicts a turnover of 700 million euro in 2002. It will also include TURBO 2000, a company controlled to the tune of 53.12% by INDUSTRIA DE TURBO PROPULSORES.
